My Account at TrashBilling.com:​​

  • Cook Sanitation uses TrashBilling.com to process electronic payments and paperless statements for the convenience of our customers. ​  

  • TrashBilling.com is a secure online payment portal developed and owned by Ivy Computer, Inc. The software system is used by waste haulers for customer account automation and route management purposes.  

  • You will need to set up an account with TrashBilling.com to go paperless or pay online.

 

Benefits of Using My Account:​​

  • You may access your current account balance, recent payment history and make payments electronically.

  • Payments are secure and can be made by direct bank transfer (ACH).  This is the preferred method of payment to minimize transaction processing fees.

  • Autopay enrollment is available to allow your balance to be paid automatically each month.

  • You may elect to receive your monthly invoice and payment confirmation at your email address.​​

 

How to Setup or Access Your Online Account:​ 

  • You will need your 12-digit customer ID number that is provided on your monthly billing statement to setup or access your account.   

  • Click on the Go To My Account button to access TrashBilling.com. 

  • After creating or entering your password, you will be directed to the main page of your TrashBilling account where you may make a payment, sign up for autopay, elect paperless statements and obtain your payment history.  

  • Further instructions on how to setup or access your online account can be found by clicking on the My Account Instructions button.

Payment Processing and Descriptions on Your Financial Statements:​​

  • You can process your payment within the TrashBilling.com portal on a monthly basis or setup the autopay feature which will allow your payment to be charged automatically each month.

  • Customers on autopay will have their financial account charged for the current balance due on the 5th of each month or the next business day if on a weekend.

  • It may take up to 2 days for your payment to be processed.  

  • You will receive an email confirmation from NetComm@TrashBilling.com after your payment is authorized.  The email will include the amount of the payment and also inform you that the transaction will be processed soon.

  • ACH, debit and credit card transactions will have the description “TRB COOK SANITATION” on your financial statements.  You may also see “Waterbury VT” listed in the description as this is the location of the software company.  Each financial institution determines how the names are formatted in their system, so some variation may occur.

  • Cook Sanitation will not see any of your personal financial account information and will only be notified after your payment is made. 

  • Contact Cook Sanitation for ALL billing and service-related questions as TrashBilling.com is only responsible for payment processing and does not have supporting information related to your account. ​
